日立特約店・日協産業㈱が日協日立㈱に変更したことに伴い、北3条より現在の白石区に事務所を移転。
本田機電㈱に社名を変更。
Ltd. changed its name to Nikkyo-Hitachi Co., Ltd. and the office was relocated from Kita 3-jo to the current location in Shiroishi Ward. Company name changed to Honda Kiden Co.

代表取締役 本田信明が就任。冷凍部品に加えて冷凍空調工事の設計、工事施工、エンジニアリング会社として活動を始める。
Nobuaki Honda assumed the position of Representative Director. Begins activities as a design, construction, and engineering company for refrigeration and air-conditioning work in addition to refrigeration components.

日本ダンフォス社が日本撤退。本田機電はダンフォス社の取扱を継続する。
Danfoss Japan withdraws from Japan. Honda Kiden continues to deal with Danfoss.
